These 'Taking Water' 3 part spinners feature a 3d Ship's Helm as a border with text around the edge and on top rests a hard enamel design of the Ship in rough waters with the banner "This Old Boat is Taking Water", a separate back plate with 2 posts anchors it and allows the front 2 parts to spin freely and independently of each other. I had intended just the outer edge to spin, but that will have to be the V.2
